| Roger the ram - totally irresistible (if you're a ewe) |
Roger is an older but wiser Arapawa Island ram of unusual colouring (or lack thereof). He has a harem of ewes of mixed breed (true to his name, Roger isn't picky - breed, age, gender and species have never bothered him), and is the father of a number of lambs. There was some unrest between Roger and Mr Farmer when Roger first arrived (something to do with Roger not appreciating competition from a hardy Southland man, no doubt), but the two are good friends now. Roger spent the first few years of his life as someone's pet ram, and as a result is always the first sheep in the paddock to come over to anyone carrying a bucket. Roger's favourite food is pizza, although again, he isn't picky...
